XFACTOR 2023 report cards and comments from the second evening. The ASTROMARE fished out

Music news

Second Live of X Factor 2023, this evening 02 November, live on Sky and streaming on NOW.

Thus continues the competition between the 4 judges Fedez, Ambra Angiolini, Dargen D’Amico and Morgan with their respective teams, ready to battle on the stage of the X Factor Arena. Francesca Michielin, in hosting, will dictate the times of the show.

THE SECOND EVENING

Classic mechanism for this second evening of the show: two heats that will lead to the balloting of the two least voted artists, who will then compete during a final ballot whose outcome will be up to the judges at the table.

COMMENTS AND REPORT CARDS:

First run:

Gaetano De Caro – “Dancing On My Own” by Robyn (in Calum Scott’s version) – There is no mistake in his stylistic signature and you travel with your eyes closed. Rating 6.50

The Usual Dandy – “Giulia” by Gianni Togni – Togni in electro-dance version also not. I didn’t like it even though the song is very beautiful. Rating 6.00

Maria Tomba – “You Shook Me All Night Long” by AC/DC – Maria doesn’t bite much. A version more Taylor Swift than Ac/Dc. Rating 6.00

SELMI – “No Surprises” by Radiohead – Meh!!! Covering Radiohead is always a risk. The trivial result. Rating 6.00

Stunt Pilots – “Englishman In New York” by Sting – Making Sting’s jazzy hit funk-rock was a super difficult undertaking. They convinced me. Rating 7.00

Angelica – “Love Me Again” by John Newman – I think this is a misplaced assignment. I like it a lot when it touches the soul a little less when it wants to make you dance. Not convinced. Rating 6.50

THE REFISHING

The contestant fished out is the Astromare .

The duo will become part of Morgan’s team – orphaned by the Animaux Formidables, eliminated from the first episode – and will officially be in the competition straight away, performing in the second heat.

Anna Castiglia –Always excited Anna. Califano’s song is fantastic – Rating 7.50
Astromare -Old style rock and roll, it always works. They are young but good – Rating 7.00

GUEST

Elodie’s show will arrive at the X Factor Arena, guest of the second Live: on stage she will bring all the energy of the surprising new “Red Light” (READ THE REVIEW) first Clubtape in Italy and natural continuation of the artist’s experimentation in the dance pop world, a sort of gift for his audience and imagined for the next live dates in November and December in his first tour in the arenas. Consisting of seven seamless tracks, “Red Light” is a project with club sounds, born from the adrenaline generated by the experience of the sold out show event at the Mediolanum Forum, staged in May.

From that unforgettable event was also born “Elodie Show 2023”, a special – expected on Friday 10 November at 9.15pm on Sky Uno and streaming on NOW and at 9.30pm free-to-air on TV8 – which will collect all her hits performed live, accompanied by a band, a large dance troupe and many guests, punctuated by an intimate and exclusive chat with the Sky cameras.

DAILY

Then again this year the daily appointment that accompanies the Live shows, as per tradition: the Daily is already on air, the day-by-day story of the work of the judges and competitors and the images of the kids’ daily life inside the Loft where they live during their #XF2023 experience.

Each Live Show will be preceded by a special event, the AnteFactor, which in a few minutes will allow us to enter the already very hot atmosphere of the X Factor Arena. Hosted by Gianluca Gazzoli, live from backstage, every week we will learn about the emotions of the immediate eve of the show from the hands of competitors, judges and guests.

WHERE TO WATCH IT

The X Factor 2023 Live Shows will be every Thursday at 9.15pm on Sky Uno and streaming on NOW, always available on demand and visible on Sky Go; on the Wednesday following the first on air they will then be shown in prime time on TV8.
