V from BTS announces ‘FRI(END)S’: this is what his new single will sound like

On March 15 it will arrive on digital platforms FRI(END)S, a single about which the BIGHIT MUSIC agency has given more details on social networks. What will the song sound like? What will your lyrics be about?

“The song, rooted in the pop soul R&B genre, offers a witty romance with lyrics written entirely in English”explains the agency’s press release as reported by Billboard. “The single cover art that accompanies the announcement reveals the song’s title and release date on a hot pink background that hints at the song’s sweet mood,” he adds.

This is perfectly reflected in the fragment that the group has shared on their social networks, in which the artist can be seen in some home images while a few seconds of the song play. And judging by this fragment, it will soon become the favorite soundtrack of its fans thanks to its catchy melody.

FRI(END)S It will arrive while V is serving his mandatory military service in South Korea. It was enlisted at the beginning of December 2023 and is expected to end in 2025. A year in which BTS fans hope that the group’s hiatus will also conclude and, therefore, they will be able to enjoy them again on the world’s stages. Jimin, RM and Jungkook also joined the army.
