October Driftthe British band formed in 2014, is back with their new single “Tyrannosaurus Wreck”. Consisting of Kiran Roy (voice/guitar), Daniel Young (guitar), Alex Bipsham (low) and Chris Holmes (drums), the band stands out in the world of alternative rock and indie rock, fusing elements of revival post punk.

The song is the first preview of their long-awaited third album, Blame The Youngwhich will be released on September 27 under the label Physical Education Recordings. In “Tyrannosaurus Wreck”, October Drift explores the challenges of relationships in the turbulent world of music, reflecting on the impact of a break-up and the balance between life in and out of the band.

The music video, with a touch of humor and surrealism, features Kiran Roy dressed in a dinosaur costume, wandering around a picturesque village in England. “The video of 'Tyrannosaurus Wreck' It's a bit silly, but that suits the whole song. They both make light of a tragedy,” the band members comment.
