Ty Segall releases “My Best Friend”

Music news

One last single prior to the release of their new album.

Ty Segall has been very active in the last six months and the musician is preparing the launch of three bells, their next album to be released on January 26 via drag city.

“My Best Friend” is dedicated to our best canine friends, a song that talks about the love we can have with them despite not being able to communicate through words. This includes a falsetto voice and electric arrangements that quickly become the pillar of the song, in addition to this the guitars that cut synchronized lines and the cowbell that reinforces the chorus make a song that captivates you from the first moment you hear it since it has all the elements that characterize the sound of Ty Segall.

The video is not far behind since it is a true love letter to our best friends. Here we see Ty in company of Fanny and Herman, his faithful companions, in endless tail movements generated by a treat and a walk on the beach. The original idea was Ty, He was also in charge of recording and directing the video.

If you still don’t know the musician, this is the perfect opportunity, give the video a chance and don’t forget to listen to all the songs that Ty Segall has for you.
