Music news

The Dominican rapper Tokischa returns with the new single and video clip “De Maravisha”in collaboration with the Argentine singer and rapper Nathy Peluso, already winner of a Latin Grammy.

The song, written by the two artists and produced by the iconic Skrillex, combines Hip-Hop, Rap and Reggaeton sounds, highlighting the energy and authenticity that distinguish both. In the video clip, directed by Tokischa herself together with director Olivia de Camps, the duo moves between nostalgic 90s atmospheres and a modern pin-up aesthetic, all set in the streets of Brooklyn.

Released under the Tokischa label in collaboration with Warner Music Latina, the single is further confirmation of the Dominican artist's golden moment. After conquering the Brazilian public with an exclusive performance in Rio de Janeiro, where he premiered the funk song “Peixes” produced by Papatinho, Tokischa is preparing to release his debut album, expected in early 2025.

In parallel, the artist is launching his new foundation Sol, with the aim of offering support to the most vulnerable communities.

Nathy Peluso also continues to shine: fresh from three Latin GRAMMY Awards, including the one for “Best Rap/Hip-Hop Song”, she recently debuted at Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon with Blood Orange. His album GRASA has already been celebrated by Rolling Stone and Billboard's year-end charts, ranking sixth among the best of 2024.
