The Young Thug and YSL RICO trial may be overturned

The Young Thug and YSL RICO trial has been chaotic, to say the least, but it may be over soon.

The judge presiding over the case, Paige Reese Whitaker, is considering a motion seeking a mistrial, while attorneys for several defendants in the trial are negotiating appeal deals with Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.

In fact, of the 28 initial defendants, 9 accepted plea deals before the trial began, 12 will have a separate trial, and one has already been convicted of murder in a separate case, leading prosecutors to abandon the RICO case. Of the other 6, Nichols, Ryan and Huey have signed, and Yak Gotti considers doing so.

Only 2 defendants remain: Stillwell and Young Thug, who are seeking a mistrial instead of taking a deal.
