The Canadian ensemble is making its debut with “The Imperial Hurricane”, a visual directed by Daniel Arraigada Pranao and illustrated by Juan Diego Calero that invites us to dance against capitalism through an animation that narrates dark passages in Latin American history. This melody takes inspiration from the mural Tropical America of the Mexican painter David Alfaro Siqueiros, which represents colonization and the force of a predatory power that consumes everything in its hunger for possession.
