“The Little Mermaid”: Halle Bailey is expecting her first child

Music news

The ‘Little Mermaid’ star was rumored to be pregnant with her first child and it looks like the suspicions are finally confirmed.

For more than a month, the question has been debated on social networks. Is Halle Bailey pregnant? It was a series of videos published on Snapchat by the singer’s boyfriend, rapper DDG, which started the rumor. In addition, during the VMAs ceremony the singer and actress took care to stay away from the photographers’ lenses. A source cited by the media Page Six also clarified: “ Halle stayed away from the pink carpet so as not to be photographed, and when she was inside, she was very careful about how she gave hugs, and who she gave them to “.

But what really alerted fans was the young woman’s choice of clothing during the evening. While she and her sister Chloë Bailey were presenters, Halle took the stage wearing a long orange voile dress. A choice which seemed to hide the belly of the heroine of the latest Disney live action. However, the young woman did not wish to respond to the rumors by continuing to post photos which continued to sow doubt.

Halle Bailey out with rounded belly

This October 16, photos published by the American media The Shaderoom made things clear. The 23-year-old singer appears in the middle of a walk with her boyfriend, with a smile on her lips. And one detail stands out: although she is dressed in a large hooded sweatshirt, a rounded stomach is visible. In the caption, the media indicates: “Halle Bailey and DDG spotted during a pleasant walk in Santa Monica”, but in the comments fans are not fooled, instead emphasizing the very probable pregnancy of the young actress.

For the moment Halle Bailey and DDG have not commented on the publication of the images to confirm or not the pregnancy.
