The Healthy Color chain by Sfera Ebbasta, Andrea Petagna and Marcelo Burlon has already gone bankrupt

Healthy Color, the healthy food chain inaugurated in 2019 by Sfera Ebbasta and Andrea Petagna and to which Marcelo Burlon was then added, has experienced rapid expansion with openings in several Italian cities.

After the success and initial enthusiasm, which had brought many customers to the first location in Via della Moscova in Milan, the 2022 corporate balance sheet, the chain suffered a significant decrease in the value of production to €693,557, compared to €942,048 in the previous period.

The low takings of the various venues led to the suspension of the activity, because they were not sufficient to cover the huge expenses incurred for concept, creation, MKTG and advertising.

The losses in 2022 even exceeded the turnover, pushing the three partners to sell 44.5% each to H&S holding srl and 0.5% each to AMV holding srl.
