The Argentine group, End of the World, continues his path towards the premiere of his new album We made a forest growarriving October 18 via Spinda Records. As a preview, they give us the simple “The day of flowers”a song that features the collaboration of William Marblevocalist of the punk band Eternal Innocence.
This song describes a nostalgic and reflective landscape about the bond between two people… The protagonist of the album feels that he is not emotionally reciprocated in the expected way and explores the anguish that arises from this: believing himself alone in the middle of the city, longing for that shelter between two and feeling that what was built in the past remains alive in the memory, in a sensation, in the wind,” mentions Lucía Masnatta, a member of the band, in a press release.
The new album of End of the World will include eight tracks that explore sounds ranging fromFrom indie rock to shoegaze, with touches of post rock and dream pop. The band, made up ofor Lucia, Yanina, Tita and Julietrecorded the album in May 2024 in the Unison Studies of Buenos Aires, under the production of Estanislao Lopez. The mixing was done by Nicolas Aimoand the mastering was done Mr. Warrior.
After the success of his previous album Everything goes to the sea and a successful tour through Europe and Latin America, the group continues to surprise its followers. With an immersive musical aesthetic and collaborations that enrich its sound, End of the World consolidates itself as one of the most interesting emerging bands on the current alternative scene.
