In parallel with this new single, already essential in their concerts, the British duo published at the same time a version reworked by producer Erol Alkan, which triples the duration of the title. He thus transforms it into an analog techno version carried by a bass line designed for dancefloors.

Goodbye is taken from For That Beautiful Feeling, tenth album The Chemical Brothersreleased in September. “We have the impression that this new album is a continuation of what had remained unresolved” explains Tom Rowlands in an interview with the editorial staff. “We think, in hindsight, that the two albums go well together. You could even say that the albums we make go in pairs. »
