Taylor Swift very generous with the employees of her “Eras Tour”

Music news

Taylor Swift's extraordinary “Eras Tour” ended on December 8 in Vancouver. And to end this tour in style, the singer offered a generous gift to all of her staff.

Taylor Swift just wrapped up her “Eras Tour” in Vancouver, Canada, on December 8. After almost two years traveling the world with 149 shows across 21 countries, the artist wanted to express his gratitude to the members of his team. Estimated to be the most lucrative tour in history with 2 billion in revenue, the singer decided to offer a bonus to all of her staff present on the tour. Technicians, artists, drivers, caterers, assistants, craftsmen, physiotherapists… All, without exception, will share the sum of 197 million dollars (186 million euros).

So, working for Tay Tay pays off! Because in terms of rewards, Taylor Swift is not her first attempt. During the first months of the tour, in August 2023, a bonus of 55 million dollars (52 million euros) had already been paid under the same conditions. Enough to delight once again, the people present in the shadow of “the most extraordinary chapter of (his) life“.

A chapter which marks the end of an epic filled with exceptional moments for the star, who also wanted to thank the “Swifties” on stage: “We have had so many adventures. It’s the most exciting, powerful, electrifying, intense, challenging thing I’ve ever done in my entire life.”

A final gift from Taylor Swift for her fans has been available since November 29. A book of 500 images, the “Eras Tour Book”, going behind the scenes of the tour. Already selling just under a million copies in one week, the project sets a first sales record. Enough to end in style.
