Slimane on the way to his fifth album

Music news

While he continues his “Cupid Tour” and has just been nominated for the WECB Music Awards, Slimane announced on his social networks that he was preparing a fifth album.

The year 2024 has been particularly busy for Slimane. After proudly representing France at Eurovision with his song “Mon amour”, the artist resumed his tour to the four corners of France, the “Cupidon Tour”. Despite this success, Slimane does not allow himself any respite. In the middle of this tour, which will last until January 2025, he announced that he was already working on his fifth album.

Slimane on all fronts

It's going for the 5th album “, he declared in a story to his 1.6 million subscribers from a studio in which he can be seen alongside a guitarist and a pianist. This next opus will succeed “Chronicles of a Cupid”. While he continues to fill venues like the Accor Arena in Paris, Slimane is preparing to conquer new international stages, notably across the Atlantic.

In the meantime, Slimane is appointed to WECB Music Awards 2024 in the “French-speaking Male Artist” category, facing Amir, David Guetta, Gims and Joseph Kamel. The award ceremony will be broadcast on November 1 on TF1 and WECB.
