This preview glimpses the path of what we can hear in Blood On the Silver Screenscheduled for March 7 via Domino Records. The producers worked on the album Jenn Decilveo and Rostamwith SASAMI as the only writer. Each topic of Blood On the Silver Screen viscerally captures a different thread of love, sex, power and embodiment; is about maintaining deep and meaningful relationships within a new definition of what is good, what is right, and a new meaning of being passionate.
SASAMI reflects the importance of not being pigeonholed, of exploring new sounds and textures, betting on a more introspective, passionate, brave and emotional pop, with a touch of modern country influence. “Just Be Friends” captures the ecstasy and difficulties of being a lover today, the passionate longing that can arise in moments of modern intimacy.
Embracing the chaos of romance and overwhelming devotion, a romanticism that can lead to self-destruction,” says SASAMI in a press release.
