Sanremo 2025 – Clara “fever” is a journey between emotions and awareness

Interviews

Clara returns to the Ariston stage with Fever, A song that marks a new stage in its artistic and human path.

One year after “raw diamonds”, the singer shows off in the 75th edition of the Sanremo Festival, bringing with him the intensity of a piece that is an emotional journey between ups and downs, between dream and reality.

Fever It is a narrative, an intertwining of evocative orchestrations, urban pulsations, deep bass and electronic suggestions. A song that evolves as a cinematographic story, capable of blending Clara's contemporary attitude with a refined and unpredictable musical construction.

In this interview, Clara tells the behind the scenes of the song, her relationship with the music and the emotions of returning to Sanremo.

The interview

After a year of personal and artistic growth, how do you deal with this second Sanremo?

I certainly arrive with greater awareness, both as a woman and as an artist. I had the opportunity to work with extraordinary producers and authors, such as Federica Abbate and Jacopo Etorre, with whom I wrote Fever. There has been a great harmony between us, an immediate empathy that made everything very natural. Getting on stage with this energy and this more security will be a completely different experience than last year.

Last year there was more unconsciousness, this year more maturity?

Yes, exactly. Last year I was much more anxious, I didn't know what to expect and how to prepare myself. Now, however, I have clearer the rhythm of the days, I know how to organize myself and how to better face the competition.

My team and my team of management are also more rodati, so we all work with greater serenity. I also have a different approach to singing: I studied a lot, I worked on my vocality to express myself at the best on the stage.

Let's talk about fever. What is the message of the song?

Fever is a metaphor for the change of feelings and perception of reality. For me it is linked to love for myself, a sort of inner dialogue between me and my emotions. H

Or lived an intense year, full of positive experiences, but there were times when I felt out of place, a bit like a fish out of water. This song tells that feeling: the search for a balance and self -discovery.

Has your work team help you get this message out?

Absolutely. With Dardust, Federica and Jacopo we worked in different sessions, trying to find the right alchemy between Urban, classic and experimental. They left me so much creative space, but at the same time they knew exactly when intervening to give the right touch. Dardust, in particular, continued to finish production until the last.

Sanremo is not only music, but also an opportunity to send important messages. Are you talking about the “pharmacy of love”, location that will be your base in Sanremo?

Yes, I take a lot to this project. The love pharmacy will be an open pop-up during the week of Sanremo, a place dedicated to self-care and emotional well-being. It is a theme that is very close to my heart, because I believe it is essential to take care of yourself not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally.

It will be a listening space, where people can dialogue with experts, receive support and perhaps undertake a personal path. We will also collaborate with My Secret Case for a podcast in which we will talk about sexuality and personal growth, with special guests.

In the evening of the covers you will sing The Sound of Silence with the flight. How was this collaboration born?

I sang with Gianluca de il Volo in Verona last summer and it was a special moment. When we started thinking about the cover for Sanremo, I contacted them and immediately they were enthusiastic. The Sound of Silence is an extraordinary actual song: in the 1960s it was a criticism of television that anesthetize the minds, today we could say the same as social media. I find it a perfect piece to transmit a strong message. It will also be interesting from a musical point of view, because our vocality are very different, but I believe that together we will be able to create an exciting moment.

How do you feel a few days after the start of the festival?

I am excited, but ready. I worked a lot, I feel more aware and I can't wait to get on that stage and share all this with the public.

The pharmacy of love

During the week of the Sanremo Festival, a meeting space will be set up for Clara and his fans, the “pharmacy of love”, a safe place where various activities dedicated to love for themselves, self -knowledge and ea will alternate Lighter and funny moments of leisure.

Every day, in fact, a listening desk open to anyone who wants to speak with a therapist will be used at the “Pharmacy”, sensitizing the importance of self -care, their emotions and his mental health, a very important topic For the artist.

In the “pharmacy of love” there will be a psychologist to promote psychological well -being and raise awareness of the issues of love and relationships. It will offer free listening sessions lasting 30 minutes, think for those who want to explore emotional dynamics, face relationship difficulties or simply take a space for reflection and emotional support.

The consultancy, thinking as a first moment of comparison, will be an opportunity to discover new tools to understand oneself and their relationships, in a welcoming and non -judgmental environment. In addition, issues related to sexual and emotional education will be addressed, as well as freedom and relationships together with Mysecretcase, which will be media partner and will attend the “love pharmacy”, creating, for the occasion, also A podcast.
