Music news

Taylor Swift had a nice surprise for her fans by inviting Sabrina Carpenter to her concert in New Orleans. The two superstars performed a medley of their title, including the famous “Espresso”.

As her tour “The Eras Tour” draws to a close, Taylor Swift intends to make each of her dates memorable. And for her concert in New Orleans, this October 26, the American popstar hit hard by inviting Sabrina Carpenter on stage. A performance that made the rounds on social networks last weekend.

I think tonight I'm going to do something different, said the “Shake It Off” singer in the middle of her show. I'm going to sing a song that's not mine, but that of someone I really love. So I'm going to see how loud you can sing.” Accompanied by her guitar, Taylor Swift then sings “Espresso”, the hit by her friend and famous artist Sabrina Carpenter.

Seeing how much her fans also love this song, the 34-year-old singer decides to give Sabrina Carpenter a call. On loudspeaker, the two stars chat in front of the excited crowd. “Is there any chance you can get to the stadium quickly? How long would that take you?“, Taylor Swift asks her. Before Sabrina Carpenter replies: “Five seconds.”

It didn't take one more time for the young woman to take the stage at Caesars Superdome. The two artists performed several of their respective songs together, such as “Espresso”, “Is It Over Now?” and “Please Please Please.” Enough to delight the 65,000 Swifites present that evening.
