Queens of the Stone Age has canceled the remainder of its 2024 tour — including a North American run and festivals scheduled for the fall — as Josh Homme continues his recovery from an (unspecified) surgery he underwent in July.

The band was on tour to promote their latest album, In Times New Roman …released in 2023, the same year Homme revealed he had undergone surgery to get rid of cancer.
