From Tuesday 11 February 2025 the 75th Italian Song Festival will start, the fourth signed by Carlo Conti, who returns to Ariston after 8 years, with a deeply changed Sanremo but who has partially helped change already since his previous three years, before of Baglioni and, above all, of Amadeus' “Golden Age”, who in 5 years gave new life to the event, bringing young people to follow him and launching great Hits (and relaunching artists and partly the Italian discography).

Sanremo 2015 (10-14 February)

Sanremo 2016 (9-13 February)

Conti closes his first festival cycle by bringing his “creature” Francesco Gabbani to victory, already winner the previous year in young people, who, armed with scimmione and the overwhelming “Western's Karma”, the tick on the very favorite Fiorella Mannoia, second with ” May it be blessed “(Lucio Dalla Press Room Award); Third place for the other surprise of the young people of the previous year, Ermal Meta with the intense “prohibited to die” (Critical Award).
Excellent feedback for the rediscovered Michele Bravi with “The Diary of Errors” (fourth) and Paola Turci (fifth with “Facts beautiful for you”). Debut to Ariston after the experience of Amici for Elodie with “All my fault” (eighth, behind the winner of that year, Sergio Sylvestre, who already at the festival, however, is lost a little on the street).
