The Italian singer-songwriter Sleep-e has announced the release of his new album 8106 on March 22 via Bronson Recordings. To give us a preview of this release, he gives us his first single “Leave My Bum Alone”with runaway guitars and his brazen voice, rising and falling like a roller coaster, evidences the frivolity of Sleep-e.

Explaining the title, he says:

“It means, ‘Please, God, let me be happy.’ It was a prayer for me to move forward, continue to be happy and have fun.”

Accompanying this single comes its official video, in which we can see Asia unloading his energy on the guitar with a knitted hat with devil horns, where his taste for mischief and, above all, fun stands out. The video was written, edited and directed by Alessandro Furio & Sleep-e.

Sleep

The new album 8106 captures the spirit of the game; the childish instinct to pursue what you love without compromise, which makes this installment magical, a speech about surviving adulthood, remarkably intact. Each of its eleven songs are clear and vibrant fragments that build a mosaic of the world of Asia Martina Morabito: the growing pains of your 20s, staying true to your dreams despite the hostility of adulthood, places of escape both real and unreal.

“Leave My Bum Alone” is now ready to be added to your favorites list, so run to the digital platforms and share with the world this duality that perfectly represents the soul of Sleep-e. Don’t lose track of her and follow her on social networks.
