This track gives its title to the Americans’ next album, which is scheduled for release on April 19. Recorded in three weeks and produced by Andrew Watt, this disc “contains the shared spirit of a group of brothers in a peak of creativity who find themselves in a room performing as if their lives depended on it”can we read on the official website of Pearl Jam.

This disc is “heavier than you might expect” explains guitarist Mike McCready in an interview with Classic Rock Magazine. “There is the melody and energy of our first albums. Andrew pushed us to play more melodic and thoughtful than in many years. I think Matt Cameron’s drumming has elements of what he did in Sound Garden. For better or worse, I’m doing a lot of lead guitar parts, which I haven’t done in a long time. »

Created by Alexandr Gnezdilov, the cover of this next album was created with a kaleidoscope made for the occasion. So, each letter was inscribed by hand with a special light to create this pearly effect.
