Paky will be tried for aggravated defamation against the Carabinieri

The rapper has been reported for defaming the Carabinieri and will be tried for aggravated defamation.
Paky will be tried for defamation against the Carabinieri, according to what was announced by SIM Carabinieri, a union with 12,000 members, which has reported the artist for aggravated defamation.
The trial will be held on December 18, 2025 and is seen by Antonio Serpi, general secretary of the SIM, as a historic achievement, since for the first time a military union can criminally defend the reputation of the Carabinieri.
The union hopes that the incident will serve as a deterrent against those who fuel hatred towards the police and has stated that, in the event of compensation, the entire sum will be donated to charity.
