Monteperdido paid tribute to what they call “one of the best independent pop songs in Spanish,” “At dawn” original by Los Fresones Rebeldes, now in pop-punk tones, which give rise to a pop without sweetness and with more acidity.

Recorded in the summer of 2023, the Madrid band collaborated with Marco Friasvocalist of The Good Songiving rise to a version with musicality hardcore. We hear the honors with the acoustic beginning and an energetic punk with freshness: it is the air of youth in the lyrics now playing with the melody.

In the midst of a dynamic swing of guitars, the voices were combined with Marco Frias to give us an entertaining duet. With this version, we remember the influences of Monteperdidowithout losing sight of a unique style that has filled his music since 2020.

Listen “At dawn”between passion, romance and energetic destruction of Monteperdido.
