Discover “Mother Nature”, new single from MGMT and first extract from their upcoming studio album, entitled Loss of Life.

MGMT recently released the music video for “Mother Nature,” written and directed by Jordan Fish. Check it out via the player below:

According to the American duo, this song covers “the archaetypical mythology of MGMT where one hero tries to get the other hero to undertake what they “must” do. It sounds like Oasis at times”. Director Jordan Fish adds: “I hope the story makes people happy and connects them to their family, friends and the animal kingdom.” »

“Mother Nature” is the first single from Loss of Life, MGMT’s first studio album since 2018, scheduled for release on February 23, 2024. In the meantime, the group had released two independent singles: “In The Afternoon” and “As You Move Through The World”. The group declares: “We are very proud of this album and the fact that it was conceived without suffering, after a relatively long gestation period. We are very excited to release it and reveal it to the world. »
