Lenie in “Dancing with the Stars”: “When I was offered it, I went for it”

Music news

INTERVIEW- The young artist recently surprised all her fans by announcing her upcoming participation in “Dancing with the Stars” on TF1. A year after joining the “Star Academy”, Lenie is more than motivated by this new challenge.

“I arrive decided“. Lenie's determination no longer needs to be proven. The singer can't wait to be able to walk the floor of “Dancing with the Stars” on TF1 next year. She spoke to the microphone of WECB about this news adventure that she did not hesitate to accept. “When it was offered to me, I went for it because I said to myself: 'I have to do it now and maybe not at another time'. I think it's time to do it.”

Anyone who has already taken dance lessons wants to improve in all areas of the stage. “I want to take this experience and become even more of a complete artist.”

Lenie more confident thanks to Star Ac'

The singer from the last promotion of the “Star Academy”, alongside Pierre Garnier, Helena and Julien Lieb, admits that she plans to use everything she learned at the Château de Dammarie-les-Lys to perform at best on the floor.

It was a very good experience especially regarding my self-confidence, she explains. Even though I was lucky to take dance lessons at a very young age, self-confidence in dance can be learned over and over again.

We can't wait to know the partner who will accompany Lenie in “Dancing with the Stars”. For the moment, only a few artist names have been made official. The young singer will, in fact, have to face Florent Manaudou, Adil Rami and Charlotte de Turckheim.
