Lady Gaga revealed the title and cover of her seventh studio album, “Mayhem”, coming out on March 7th.

The new album is a return to the pop origins of the artist and addresses the themes of chaos (as the title indicates) and transformation, celebrating the power of music to unite, provoke and heal.

The cover

The cover is suggestive and with a strong visual impact, as well as the multifaceted artisticness of Lady Gaga has now accustomed us.

The project, consisting of 14 tracks, contains the songs already published “Disease” and “Die with a Smile” with Bruno Mars, was produced by Gaga, Michael Polansky and Andrew Watt. Gagut, Andrew Watt, Cirkut and Gesaffelstein appear among the producers of the album.

The artist received 2 nominations at the next Grammy® Awards thanks to the first single of the album “Die With a Smile” with Bruno Mars, who remained for over 100 days at No. 1 of the global Spotify ranking. The single has been 3 weeks to the US ranking of the individual Billboard Hot 100 and has already become one of Gaga's largest hits, selling over 2 million copies only in the US and accumulating over 2 billion and 700 million total streams To date. In Italy the single is certified platinum.

The new single

Gaga will reward the third single and the related music video on February 2, during an advertising break from the Grammy Awards® 2025. The complete tracklist of the album will be revealed later.

Before the Grammy, Gaga will join music stars such as Billie Eilish, Olivia Rodrigo, Stevie Nicks and Joni Mitchell to perform at Fireaid on January 30, for the benefit of people and communities devastated by recent fires of Los Angeles.
