Music news

What a surprise! After shining at the opening ceremony of the 2024 Olympic Games, Lady Gaga wanted to thank her French fans yesterday, in Paris, in front of her hotel by sharing exclusive sounds from her future album.

Lady Gaga in Paris! The singer's visit to our capital will forever be etched in our memories. The superstar not only paid tribute to French music hall icon Zizi Jeanmaire at the opening ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, but she also wanted to thank her Parisian fans by offering them unreleased excerpts from her upcoming album.

In front of her hotel on Friday evening, Mother Monster first surprised everyone by getting out of her car to sing along with passers-by to her signature song from the film “A Star is Born”, “Always Remember Us This Way”.

Then she spoiled the Parisians present last night, to say goodbye, by revealing some still unknown sounds. Songs that the fans, on site, described as “electro-pop”. Exclusive extracts from the singer's highly anticipated seventh opus. At the end of this impromptu “listening party”, Lady Gaga shouted to her fans: “Now we will have to wait for the rest.”

Earlier this month, the “Bad Romance” singer confirmed that she is still working on a new studio album, revealing on social media: “ I can't wait for you to hear what I'm working on.”
