Stereophonics singer Kelly Jones is preparing to release her second solo album, 17 years after her first.

Kelly Jones announces her comeback under her own name. Indeed, Inevitable Incredible, his second solo album, is announced for May 3. The previous one, entitled Only the Names Have Been Changedwas released in 2007.

A prolific author and composer, he has since released six albums with his main band: Stereophonics. Inevitable Incredible was written on the piano between October and December 2022. There are eight pieces in which the singer reveals an intimate and vulnerable side, while leaving his comfort zone, after 25 years of career.

With this in mind, the album was recorded at Ocean Sound studio in Norway, nestled on a tiny, isolated island in the North Sea. Kelly Jones was simply accompanied by his sound engineer and his technician, in order to better capture the intimate atmosphere desired by the record.
