Katy Perry dresses like in ‘Roar’ and everyone thinks the same: “It’s the same”

Music news

Even if it looks like a lie, It’s been ten years since Katy Perry surprised the world with the first single of her Prism era! Roar became an instant hit. It had an addictive melody, empowering lyrics and a video clip that is now part of pop history. And the stories that Perry told through her music videos should be studied by record labels. It was pure magic!

Now, to the surprise of her fans, Katy Perry has decided to pay tribute to this single. He has done it through social networks, dressing like in the music video. Katy appears with a friend smiling in a photo, wearing a beautiful flower crown, a leopard top and a skirt that recreates the leaves of a tropical tree.

It’s about the clothes she wears in the 2013 video clip in which Katy ends up surviving in the middle of the jungle, surrounded by animals and being a survivor. A video whose costumes we all have in memory.

The reaction of the fans

The first thing that has caught the attention of all her followers is the pact that Katy Perry has with the passage of time. The singer looks practically the same as she did ten years ago. She hasn’t aged at all and it’s something that has generated all kinds of funny comments: “It’s the same”, “What water do you drink?” or “He has traveled from the past”, are just some of the comments.

But the ones we like the most are those that have to do with music. Some fans think that the singer is going to announce a new album this year, after releasing prism in 2020, The star could release his sixth studio album in 2024.

Others, for their part, think it is a reference to a possible World Tour. It should be remembered that Katy Perry would have ended her residency in Las Vegas after a year of show. A perfect time to review all of her songs from around the world. At the moment we don’t know anything about what the Californian has in store, only that in February she premieres the new season of American Idol, where she has been working for several years as a member of the jury.
