Karol G, Quevedo and Rosalía sneak into Leo Messi’s warm-up

Music news

Leo Messi is one of the best-known athletes in the world. The Argentine is considered one of the best footballers in history, having won hundreds of titles in his more than twenty-year career. But how does one manage to focus every day when it comes to training? Well, like the rest of us mortals, with a lot of music. And, it doesn’t matter if you are a soccer god or a simple mortal who needs to train, music is the perfect help to motivate you to move.

Good old Leo, who has always been very grateful to his followers, wanted to share the playlist that he uses to warm up when training. A perfect list of songs to start running and motivate yourself before starting to train with the ball. And we found everything!

Leo Messi’s playlist, which he has published together with Apple Music, has all kinds of musical genres: from pop to urban music, including R&B. Although we find more music in Spanish than in English, the current Inter Miami player prefers songs that are sung in the language of Cervantes. Of course, we find Rihanna with Don’t Stop the Music; to Coldplay with Viva la vida; or to ACDC with Highway to Hell.

The most repeated names on Leo Messi’s playlist are Bad Bunny, who appears up to five times; Maluma, who is found four times; his compatriot Bizarrap, who also appears four; Featherweight, with four; and Grupo Frontera, also with four. Other artists who appear a lot are Maluma, Karol G, J Balvin and Rauw Alejandro.

Current songs like the latest Bizarrap session with Young Miko or Qlona by Karol G coexist with classics like Despacito by Luis Fonsi. There is room for everything.

The Spaniards who appear on the playlist

But the thing Don “t stay there. There are also Spaniards on the playlist. Two appear. On the one hand there is Quevedo, who appears with his Bizarrap Session; and on the other hand there is Despechá de Rosalía. In this way, these two artists are the only Spaniards who appear on the famous soccer player’s playlist.

Without a doubt, Leo Messi’s playlist will be the favorite of his fans, who from now on will train to the rhythm of these great songs.
