The 2025 edition of I-DAYS Milano is taking shape and opens with a first big headliner: DUA LIPA.

The award-winning English global pop star with billions of streams is the first name announced for the eagerly awaited Italian concert series and will be the star on 7 June 2025 on the stage of the Ippodromo Snai La Maura.

DUA LIPA, who has released 3 albums between 2017 and 2024, achieving huge public success in just a few years both in streaming and live, will bring the best of her career and her latest work to the Milanese stage “Radical Optimism” which contains very successful songs such as “Illusion” and “Houdini” (last night in New York at the MTV VMAs he collected the award for best choreography for the video of this single).

The famous British singer-songwriter of Albanian-Kosovar ethnicity, recognized for her powerful voice and unique style that has made her one of the pop phenomena of the last decade, has built a very successful career in just a few years, taking home numerous awards including 3 Grammy Awards and 7 Brit Awards thanks also to numerous successful collaborations, the soundtrack of the film Barbie and albums such as “Future Nostalgia” which became the second most streamed album on Spotify ever with 12.756 billion streams. But that's not all, Dua Lipa boasts 10 songs that have exceeded one billion streams and 19 songs that have exceeded 600 million plays.

THE I-DAYS

Over the years, I-Days Milano have become a guarantee of a high-level and always current artistic cast that responds to the needs of a truly passionate audience of music and increasingly attentive and varied every day.

Born in 1999 and initially known as Independent Days Festival, I-Days has hosted big names in world music since its inception: Arcade Fire, Arctic Monkeys, Blink 182, Green Day, Imagine Dragons, Justin Bieber, Kasabian, Liam Gallagher, Linkin Park, Manu Chao, Muse, Nine Inch Nails, Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, Pearl Jam, Placebo, Queens Of The Stone Age, Radiohead, Sigur Ros, Sonic Youth, The Killers, The Offspring, Tool, Velvet Revolver, Travis Scott , Red Hot Chili Peppers, Florence + The Machine, Rosalìa, Paolo Nutini, The Black Keys.

The 2023 edition brought over 320 thousand people to Milan, breaking the record for paying visitors to an Italian festival previously recorded by I-Days in the 2017 edition (held at the Monza Park – Autodromo Nazionale), a record broken again in 2024 with over 420,000 spectators from Italy and abroad for the METALLICA concerts (over 72 thousand spectators, an all-time Italian record for the San Francisco band), the magical show by LANA DEL REY (67 thousand registered attendees, also an all-time record for her in Italy), the extraordinary sold-out concert by GREEN DAY who, in front of 78,500 fans, recorded the best result ever in Europe, the DOJA CAT show that left everyone speechless, the double live by TEDUA (the first Italian artist to perform as a headliner in the history of I-Days Milan and the first artist to perform for two dates, one of which sold out), the epic live by QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE, the concert of BRING ME THE HORIZON (personal record for audience in Italy for one of their live shows with over 22 thousand spectators) preceded by YUNGBLUD, the record concert in Italy of SUM 41 (who sold out with 34 thousand spectators), preceded by AVRIL LAVIGNE and SIMPLE PLAN, and the largest K-Pop concert ever held in Italy, that of STRAY KIDS in front of over 67 thousand spectators who came from all over Europe.
