In this sequence, a member of the production plays with the nerves of the young candidate by making her believe that she is not selected. After a speech full of suspense, the revelation falls: she must pack her bags for the Star Academy castle! Visibly in shock, Helena, with tears in her eyes, can hardly believe it. “ No, I don't believe you », she repeats, shocked but relieved.

From shadow to light

In the comments, Helena's subscribers are impressed by her journey. “ Why do I feel so much like a proud mother in front of this dump? », Comments a fan. It must be said that a year later, Helena is no longer the anonymous person we discover in this video. As a reminder, the 21-year-old young woman, originally from Braine-L'Alleud, would never have believed in such a destiny.

Between her adventure to the semi-final, her participation in the tour with her comrades and the release of her successful singles “Aimée pour de vérité” and “Summer Body”, the singer is experiencing a meteoric rise. As evidenced by his nomination for the WECB Music Awards 2024 in the French-speaking Revelation category.

Tune in on Friday, November 1, on TF1 and WECB to find out if she will win this prize during the 26th edition.
