American indie rock band Gossip releases a new single titled “Real Power”. Discover its music video, directed by Cody Critcheloe, via the player below:

The last concerts of Beth Ditto, Nathan “Brace Paine” Howdeshell (guitar) and Hannah Blilie (drums) in France date back to 2019, during the reformation tour. The group will be back this summer at the following festivals:

  • July 6: The Night of Erdre (Nort sur Erdre)
  • July 7: Pause Guitare Festival (Albi)
  • July 11: Vieilles Charrues Festival (Carhaix Plouguer)
  • July 13: Musilac Festival (Aix-les-Bains)

Although the group has not released anything since 2012, Beth Ditto has nevertheless launched a solo career. An album, Fake Sugarwas released in 2017. On this occasion, she spoke with the editorial staff and notably returned to the separation of gossip : “I found myself in Los Angeles working with songwriters on the band’s new songs… but nothing was coming out that fit our spirit. I realized that making a Gossip album without Nathan was not possible at all. He too understood that this could no longer work. »
