L'Impératrice announced, with great sadness, the end of an era: the departure of Flore Benguiguivocalist who has been part of the band for the last nine years. Throughout this time, the French singer not only helped define the sound of L'Impératricebut also participated in unforgettable moments, world tours and the creation of iconic songs, always supported by the unconditional affection of her followers. Although the decision was not easy, the band showed understanding and respect for the path the artist has decided to follow, wishing her the best for the future.

In his statement, Flore Benguigui shared the reasons behind his decision to leave the group, highlighting that it was the result of deep reflection and the need to take care of his mental and physical health. The singer expressed that personal and artistic disagreements between her and the other members of the band made the collaboration unsustainable.

Despite this, she expressed her gratitude to the team that accompanied her during these years. “In the name of my (excessive) sensitivity, I renounce my career as a singer within this group, a career that until now represented 90% of my professional and personal life. However, I am sincerely grateful to the members of L'Impératriceour technical team, our label, promoters, distributors and all the people who have worked with us. “I am very proud of the path we took together, and of course, of all the beautiful music we created and played around the world.”

The band will continue with its international tour that will begin on October 11, as scheduled.
