Father John Misty releases “She Cleans Up”

Father John Mistythe artistic alias of Joshua Tillmanhas released a new single titled “She Cleans Up” . This song is the latest preview of the artist's long-awaited sixth studio album, Mahashmashanawhich will be released on November 22. The release will be managed by the labels Sub Pop and Bella Unioncontinuing the long relationship of Father John Misty with these record companies.

“She Cleans Up” presents an evolution in the characteristic sound of Father John Mistywith her distorted voice accompanied by hypnotic electric guitar and rhythmic drums. This single follows previous releases “Screamland” and “I Guess Time Just Makes Fools Of Us All”songs that are also part of the new album. Father John Misty He has previously presented this work live, during his recent tour, and also shared it on his official account. SoundCloud.

In addition to these previews, the album Mahashmashana includes the song “Josh Tillman And The Accidental Dose”which has been part of their most recent live performances. The production of the album was a joint effort between Tillman and Drew Ericksonwho have collaborated in its refined sound construction.

To promote this new work, Father John Misty will embark on a UK and European tour in spring 2025, including a standout performance at the iconic Royal Albert Hall in London on April 15.
