EVANESCENCE: the iconic rock band will be the protagonist of a single date to be held in Milan on Wednesday 12 June 2024 at Fiera Milano Live 2024.
The American multi-Grammy Award winners EVANESCENCE were born in the mid-90s and left a mark all over the world: for the first time public attention is on the women of rock.
The band debuted in 2003 with “Fallen”, the album that consecrated its success and which remained in the Billboard Top 10 chart for 43 weeks, selling more than 17 million copies worldwide. The album also reaches second in the charts of Germany, France, Switzerland and third in the Italian and Belgian charts.
The mixture of gothic and hard rock sounds becomes one of the most noteworthy cases in the musical season of the time, also thanks to the global hit “Bring me to life” which reaches #5 in the Billboard Hot 100 and #1 place in the UK singles chart
Another great success is recorded by the group with the single “My Immortal”, which reaches #7 position in the American and English charts. Two other famous singles were extracted from the album, “Going Under” and “Everybody’s Fool”.
After touring multiple times around the world, EVANESCENCE released their first live album “Anywhere But Home” which sold more than a million copies worldwide. The group then released the album “The Open Door”, with more than five million copies sold, preceded by the famous song “Call Me When You’re Sober”, and once again reached the top of the charts in Germany, Switzerland, Holland, United Kingdom and Italy.
