The Empire of the Sun, the Australian visionary electronic band, announces the return to Europe after six years.

The tour will stop for the first time in Italy with a unique event to be held on Tuesday 29 July 2025 at the Carroponte in Milan.

The show promises to be an extraordinary experience of sounds and visions, with a ladder that will cross the successes of their multi-small discography.

The Empire of the Sun have distinguished themselves for their ability to merge alternative electronics and breathtaking scenography, creating unprecedented immersive musical experience. Over the past ten years, the band has conquered millions of fans with spectacular and individual performances of enormous success, establishing itself as one of the most famous realities in the panorama of electronic music.

Luke Steele and Nick Littlemore, known for their kaleidoscopic aesthetic that merges fantasy and reality, have fascinated the global audience with shows with a strong visual and musical impact. Their recent album “Ask That God”, published in 2024 and followed by a Deluxe version in 2025, marks a new artistic phase, exploring innovative and existential sounds for a totalizing listening experience.

Their debut with the album “Walking on a Dream” (2008) produced iconic singles such as “Walking on a Dream” and “We are the People”, both certified platinum disk. The subsequent “Ice on the dune” (2013) consolidated their success with songs such as “Alive” and “DNA”, accompanying the band on world tour. In 2016, with “Two Vines”, they deepened the disco-pop sounds, collaborating with artists of the caliber of Lindsey Buckingham, members of David Bowie's band from the Blackstar Sessions and Wendy Melvoin of Prince & The Revolution.
