Despistaos features Hens, Walls and Enol for the remix of their historic song, ‘Física o Química’

Music news

I am aware that it has been a few days since we took the grapes to welcome 2024, but after listening to the new version of one of the songs of my life, I feel like I am in 2008 (and the video clip corroborates this). If you don’t know what I’m talking about, you haven’t found out yet. Despistaos has made the remix of his legendary song, Physics or chemistry —the theme that opens the series that has the same name. For this new version, the band wanted to have several of the names that make up the “New Wave” of pop-rock in our country: Hens, walls and Enol.

There is something that no one can deny, and that is that the culture of The 2000s have been with us for a long time.. From fashion, through series and movies to, of course, music and Despistaos knows it. The group has the tune of the teenage series Physics or chemistry, one of the most famous of the time, so they did not want to miss the opportunity to create a new version.

Of course, it has been a great way to start the year and its music video It has transported many of us to those high school mornings in which everything was freedom, few worries—in most cases, not all—and debauchery. As I mentioned before, the video clip immerses us in a class from 2008 – it appears written in one of the images – this space may already remind you of your classroom or those we saw in the series itself. Some kisses at the desk, a gossip that you just discovered online, a talk in the bathroom so that the teachers don’t hear you and a party in the center’s gym, They make the perfect video clip.

Furthermore, the remix has something new, and that is The letter is not the same, it is a totality. But don’t worry, the mythical chorus remains the same. And, obviously, the arrival of three new artists meant that They would add their own verses. Without a doubt, this theme is an air of freshness for the song. Thus, you can enjoy it again as if it were the first time you heard those chords.

The group presented this new project a few days ago from their Instagram account: “This Friday We’re releasing a remix of Physics or Chemistry and it’s going to be something very top. We’ve gotten together with @hensss @wallsssssss and @enolbc to give it a major facelift. Crazy.”

What is clear is that 20 years after his first steps in music, get lost He continues to conquer his audience—and the new ones—by offering his best version. And this song is a gift that unites the past and present of music.

Lyrics to the remix of ‘Física o Química’

I neither hide nor dare

I neither escape nor wait for you

I do everything I can

So that we can be together

I care less and less

Those who think it is not good

May I do everything I can

So that we can be together

Alternative medicine

Your saliva in my saliva

Is it physics or chemistry?

Half of what we have experienced

makes more noise

Than the noise of a cannon

and a heart

of wounded ice

has melted

On your mattress

I live cornered in the last row

And my life is going to pass me by

Looking for one like you

And although now we are not

The children that one day we were

I’m still thinking about you

When that song plays

You are my

Alternative medicine

Your saliva in my saliva

Is it physics or chemistry?

Half of what we have experienced

makes more noise

Than the noise of a cannon

and a heart

of wounded ice

has melted

On your mattress

And now that I see you with him

It continues to hurt me

I wish I could start from scratch

How we did that year

And we do it even if it is prohibited

Like when you slept with me

And although today we are unknown

you are still

Alternative medicine

Your saliva in my saliva

Is it physics or chemistry?

Half of what we have experienced

makes more noise

Than the noise of a cannon

and a heart

of wounded ice

has melted

On your mattress

Half of what we have experienced

makes more noise

Than the noise of a cannon

and a heart

of wounded ice

has melted

On your mattress
