Music news

stars and ghosts

stars and ghosts It is full of beautiful contradictions. In the end, in the world in which we live of showbusiness, of rock and roll, it is full of characters and personalities that one adopts. The difficult thing is maintaining the essence of who you are and trying to convey that essence on stage. “That’s what the song talks a little about.”

Natural intelligence, their new album

natural intelligence It’s the title of my album. When I started writing it I had some very momentous moments. I do psychoanalysis with an Argentine psychoanalyst. We do a lot of sessions talking about the things that bother me the most, that I like the most and that scratch my brain.. We released many songs and I started writing songs. One of the ones that matters most to me is the world of communication. How we communicate, how we talk through photos and videos. The visual has become part of our daily lives. I have a 17-year-old daughter and she talks to her friends with photos. In the middle of that maelstrom, artificial intelligence appears and in that cluster of explosion of ideas I go to Diego de Funambulista’s house. We sit down to eat and I tell him about this uncertainty. And we decided to make a song called natural intelligencely gives the album its title. We didn’t tell GPT Chat to make us a song, we started asking him things. As a result of that conversation, we created a song talking about the contrast between technology and how we relate.”.

AI Covers

“The covers are made with Artificial Intelligence. The nice thing is that the creative team that is directing the visual part of the project offered the idea that they will investigate making art with AI. They wanted to try. We have a budget, a creative team and this is a tool that we have given them so they can use it.”

Other styles

“It is an album that has a very organic sound concept. I had a beautiful coaching session with friends of mine and when I had the songs we went to a rehearsal room with the band and did like when El Canto del Loco. Rehearsal space, play the songs and see how we wanted it to sound. I have recovered the essence. It had been thirteen years since I went into a place to create an album like I have created all my life. “It has been a beautiful turn back.”
