This year, the surprise came from Måneskin singer Damiano David, who reserved an unexpected break for his fans to celebrate the release of his second solo single, “Born With a Broken Heart”. A pop title in which the Italian singer performs in a cabaret atmosphere reminiscent of the Roaring Twenties and musicals.

A few hours before the launch of the 26th WECB Music Awards ceremony for which the singer was nominated in the “International Group” category with his group Måneskin, Damiano David appeared on the Carlton beach. Under the radiant autumn sunshine of Cannes, the tattooed artist took the time to chat with his fans. “Thank you all for your support”he addressed them by sending them a kiss, visibly touched by the enthusiasm of the public.
On the program: selfies, bouquets of roses and dance lessons by the influencer Chloé aka Whoxver, followed by 4.7 million subscribers on TikTok. “Today I had the privilege of giving a dance class to the new sound of Damiano David”reports the young dancer, before adding: “There was a great atmosphere, it was incredible. Everyone gave their all. It was great!”
