The first part of “Core in Fabula”, Dadà's new record project, came out.
Neapolitan artist with hybrid and constantly evolving stylistic figure, Dadà presents a concept album in sixteen tracks that develops as an initiatory journey in the territories of the fairy tale and popular memory.
A total project
With “Core in Fabula”, Dadà undertakes an artistic research path that embraces not only music, but also narration and visual imagination. Each song is accompanied by a video clip directed by the same singer -songwriter, with customs made ad hoc by the designer Daria D'Ambrosio, to confirm an immersive and artisan approach.
In this new chapter, Dadà challenges the conventions and invites the listener to suspend the disbelief, welcoming pure and archetypal emotions.
The fairy tales of “core in fabula” move between real and imaginary, sink into the popular Neapolitan tradition but dialogue with contemporary sounds: from songwriting to electronics, from Mediterranean folk to global influences.
The project presents itself as a sound and cultural mosaic, where the Neapolitan language becomes a vehicle of a universal story, and tradition is reinforced with modern sensitivity, without ever giving in to folklorism in manner. They collaborate in the production of retrohandz, Milan Mobster, Luigi Scialdone, Pasquale Di Lascio and the popular group Ars Nova, to underline the collective and inclusive vocation of the album.
Track for track
The inaugural tracklist consists of six songs, each built as a small autonomous story, which prepares the ground for the subsequent chapters to be released on 9 and 23 May.
“Once upon a time there was my soul” He opens the album as a delicate invocation: a sound rite to prepare the listener to the abandonment of reality and the entry into the kingdom of fairy tales.

With “Core in Fabula”, Dadà signs a choral work that reflects its ability to tell the invisible, intertwining intimate experiences, collective mythologies and a profound social reflection.
The project marks a steering decided compared to the previous works, showing an artist increasingly mistress of his own language and capable of renewing him without betraying its essence.
A journey that does not limit himself to evoking lost worlds, but reinvent them, transforming listening into a real sensory experience.
