Concert review: MAXIMUM DANGER the success...it deserves it all (Info and setlist)

I’m happy for Alessandro. He deserved all this crowd outcry. Massimo Pericolo’s concert was the right tribute and recognition by the public of his artistic evolution.

Last night, January 13th, Massimo Pericolo’s first performance took place in a sports hall. For this debut he chose the Forum of Assago, he who from the province conquered the city with his music.

A musical journey that began five years ago when he made himself known as a raw talent but full of anger for a world that until then had given him no discount.

Now here he is, with a sold out forum to be celebrated by his audience.

Massimo Pericolo is different. Massimo Pericolo is a rapper different from the others. A boy, now thirty years old, who to achieve success has crossed the hardest road, full of obstacles, alone with the strength of his pen, his determination and his stories of life lived.

A provincial life far from the blinding glare of the city, a difficult life with errors and mistakes that he had to pay for, told in the two-hour concert in Milan.

To recreate his world the scenography reproduced one of his places in the Varese area between woods and lake, a fundamental dimension for the rapper’s music.

Then the friends and colleagues and above all brothers who wanted to be at his party. Friends who accompanied him on his musical journey from the beginning: Ugo Borghetti, Generic Animal, Speranza, Rafilù, Ketama up to the many colleagues who learned to respect him such as Guè, Jake La Furia, Emis Killa, Tedua, Bresh, J Lord.
And finally his music. The glue of everything, the saving grace for Alessandro.

A concert like great productions. There wasn’t a band but the DJ with the backing tracks although in one part of the set he played 72 Hours Post Fight with a real band and in other songs there were guitars and even the sax surrounding his bars .
A taste of how his music still has great room for growth.

The show ran straight, without empty moments or hitches, making all twelve thousand of the Forum dance, sing and jump.
Perhaps, if we really have to nitpick, every now and then Massimo Pericolo’s voice was rarely heard. You want the audience to cover it by singing, you want the bass oversaturation. But this is a detail, a small thing.

There were many key moments in the set, from his historic songs from his first album, above all the explosion of 7 billion, to the evolution of the latest album “Le cose che cambia” released on December 1st (READ THE REVIEW).

In the end you leave satisfied and happy for Alessandro’s success. He deserved it!
