COLAPESCE DIMARTINO return with LUX ETERNA BEACH ESTATE 2024, a new series of live events around Italy this summer.
Lorenzo and Antonio: two friends, two of the most sought after and important song writers on the Italian scene of the last decade. They returned to the Ariston stage in 2023 after the extraordinary success of “Musica Leggerissima” (certified quintuple platinum) – and of their first album together “I Mortali” (certified Gold Record) – a song that marked 2021 conquering critics and the public and collecting the highest number of appearances at position #1 on the EarOne Airplay Radio chart and 5 platinum records and over 150 million total streams. In Ana Mena’s Spanish-language version, with the title “MĂąsica Ligera”, it also became an international hit, winning at the Los 40 Music Awards 2022 as “Best song in the Spain category” and achieving the Spanish PLATINUM Double Disc certification.
Last November 3rd “Lux Eterna Beach” was released (READ THE REVIEW), the duo’s second album, preceded by “Cose da Crazy”, the Sanremo single “Splash”, “Considera”, “The light that grazes the beach made everyone agree”, “Ragazzo di Right” and Sex and Architecture”.
An eagerly awaited return for the couple, which came after the extraordinary success of “Splash” – a song that won the Mia Martini Critics Award and the Lucio Dalla Award at the last edition of the Sanremo Festival, and which was decreed song of the year for Rolling Stone Italia – and their film debut with “The Spring of My Life”, an immediately cult movie, winning numerous awards such as the Nastro D’Argento for the “best original soundtrack” and the Golden Globe.
