Chiara from OT 2023 denies the most widespread rumor of ‘Bad Custom’ glasses

Music news

Chiara Oliver has become one of the most beloved contestants of OT 2023. The 18-year-old girl has earned the sympathy of the public thanks to her talent, naturalness and way of composing. And, during the three months that she was in the program, Chiara, known to her fans as Kiki, has proven to be a musical all-rounder.

Now, outside the academy, Chiara has released her first single, Mala Costumbre, a pop song where she switches from Spanish to English without a problem. One of the things that has caught the most attention about this new Chiara single has been the cover. The reason? The singer appears wearing incredible heart-shaped sunglasses. A very vintage look that reminds us of other great pop princesses like Olivia Rodrigo.

Since the cover of the single came out, many theories have come out about the glasses. One of them? That it is about the Saint Laurent design: glasses that cost almost 300 euros. But are those really the ones he wore for the photo shoot?

The truth about sunglasses

This Tuesday, Chiara went to the WECB studios to chat with Cris Regatero about social networks. There, the WECB presenter showed the tweet in which a user claims that Chiara’s glasses are those of Saint Laurent. Well, the Menorcan woman has denied this rumor.

“I’m going to deny that. They are not,” says the singer. “We deny it. I don’t know where the glasses are from. When we made the video they showed me wardrobe options and they brought me those glasses,” the young woman said.

But it hasn’t stopped there. Chiara does not rule out that she will wear them to the concerts she is going to give.. Those who are sure to wear it are the followers of the artist, who have already turned it into a Kiki element.
