THE METHODOLOGY OF THIS OFFICIAL RANKING
Are eligible for Top Rock & Metal the albums of novelties (marketed for less than three years) rock directories and metal, informed as such by the distributor. This ranking holds sales account of supports as well that farms digital audio and video, according to defined parameters by profession and transcribed in thethe rules of the top developed by the SNEP. The stated aim is to “show the richness and diversity of musical successes that adopted these aesthetics,” explains Alexandre Lasch, general director of SNEP, to the editorial staff.
