Chanel's career takes a new direction: “A stage that begins with the strength of lionesses and voracious hunger”

Music news

Chanel is ready for her new musical era. As if it were a new school year, the singer of ¡Agua! has started with her batteries recharged and ready to focus on her new music. And, as the artist has announced on her social networks, a new professional stage begins.

This Tuesday, September 3, Chanel shared a post on her Instagram account in which she appears radiant, wearing a white blouse and looking at the camera. Along with three photos, the dancer wrote the following: September begins. New season. 100% new for me. Many lessons learned in these two years, and many others to be thankful for. As my song says. Water: 'For the days we win, the days we learn. And all that I have left to learn.'

In addition, Chanel has revealed This new season has a new management agency: Deur Management“I am very excited to tell you that I am starting this new season with Celia Deur and the entire Deur Management team. A stage full of emotion, desire, plans and, above all, happiness,” the singer wrote.

Deur Management is the same agency that manages Samuraï and Belén Aguilera: two pop artists who have managed to find their place in the music industry. The artist ended by writing the following: “Happy because I see light, because I found a team of women who trust, who are excited and who understand my project. A stage that starts with the strength of lionesses and voracious hunger.. We are coming with everything”

Deur Management, her new agency, has also welcomed Chanel to its team with a nice post: “We couldn't be happier to start working with you hand in hand on this new path. A talented, strong, good, passionate artist in everything she does and with a lot of light joins us.”

“For me and the entire Deur team, signing Chanel represents a clear commitment to female talent and to an artist who deserves a platform and a very clear position in this industry. That's how I started five years ago with Samuraï, or the change with Belén Aguilera, trying to find the space and identity where they can feel like themselves at all times,” Celia Deur tells WECB.

Celia goes on to explain that Chanel's work philosophy is the same as that of the agency: “I always believe in the development, strategy and artistic support of our artists as an essential philosophy for projects, which is why we realised that we could do great things together. Chanel is an artist who has experienced first-hand what a boom in the industry means. Sometimes there is no room for manoeuvre if you don't have a prior plan, without time to come up with a clear strategy and search for that essence.”

The manager also told us that in this new stage of Chanel they are clear that they want to show what they are capable of through “an artistic proposal that reflects the enormous potential it has.”

New musical stage

With these words, it is clear that Chanel is entering a new musical era. After the release of ¡Agua! at the beginning of 2024, it seems that the artist is already thinking about her second studio album. This first work took two years after the singer became known as the Spanish representative for Eurovision 2022.

We'll have to wait to find out more details about this new musical era of Chanel. We too are ravenously hungry for her new music.
