BEBA the new single "Dentro di me"

BEBA returns to its origins by releasing the new single on Friday 23 February 2024 Inside mea purely rap piece produced by Rossella Essence and Marco Marra.

THE SONG

The song talks about the dualism that lives inside her, thanks to the metaphor of the little girl as opposed to the warrior and how these two “souls” do not have to “fight” to feel good, but co-exist. The little girl represents insecurities and vulnerability, while the warrior represents determination and the need for revenge. The song tells a real story: hers. BEBA retraces all the stages of his artistic career, bringing out both the fragilities, the “dark” moments and the sometimes conflictual relationship with music, but also the determination and desire to make it. All narrated also through the sounds, first more delicate, thanks to the accompaniment of the piano, then gradually more and more pressing, united by a banger refrain.

After having published respectively last July and October the songs “Limonare”, characterized by light punk-rock incursions, and “Quello cheodio di te”, a hybrid between urban and pop, and having demonstrated great versatility and ability to range between sounds different, BEBA once again chooses rap to communicate to its audience, rediscovering the language that best represents it. Just as rap was her outlet when she was very young, so this time it becomes the only way to express her new awareness as a strong and tenacious woman.

A fundamental point for the artist, from which to start again to rediscover herself, is the renewed partnership with Rossella Essence, who has been part of her musical journey and her first successes since the beginning, thus representing once again the only female rap duo Italian.

“Dentro di me” is therefore a new stage in BEBA’s journey of growth and artistic maturity, which is ready to regain its place in the Italian female hip hop scene, of which it was a pioneer and protagonist, demonstrating its desire to evolve as never before Before.
