Bea: “There are no favoritism in OT 2023”

Music news

Staying at the gates of the final of a contest like Triumph operation It’s a chore. BeaHowever, he leaves the contest with, at least, the conviction that he has done a good job. She hit a bump in the Academy road, but hit rock bottom and rose again, delighting the show’s audience with absolutely masterful performances. “I am super proud of the contest I have done,” Bea begins by saying in this interview with WECB. “The last week has been more difficult because of the scores. Everything was more competitive and we began to compare ourselves. Sometimes our demons come to our heads and your head makes you think that you don’t deserve to be in there.”.

We are all going to work like no one else to deserve that position in the industry

Bea

Bea has deeply reflected on her competition and, although she was never saved by the teachers, she makes it very clear that she has never thought that in OT 2023 some are favored over others. “We are all competing and we all deserve to be saved by the jury, the teachers and the classmates,” she explains. “Sometimes it’s annoying because you try to work as hard as possible on your song and take advantage of the classes, but I don’t think there is favoritism at all.”.

In the last week there has also been talk about the behavior of some Academy contestants and a possible distancing between them. However, Bea assures that the relationship between her colleagues is great: “The last few weeks were a little harder. We demanded more of ourselves, we wanted to do better and we all got involved in our work, but I have not felt any disconnection with them at all. In fact, we have had a very good week, also inside the room.”

The last few weeks have been a little harder, but I have not felt disconnected from my colleagues at all.

On the other hand, Bea wanted to break a spear in favor of Vestuario after all the comments seen on social networks. “It’s true that at some gala there weren’t many options, but they have made me dresses from scratch and by hand,” she says. “I am very happy with the costume because they have put things on me that I would never have worn for my battles and I have felt very pretty.. I thank you for dressing me like this.”

Once she has assimilated the return to the real world, Bea has to decide what kind of career she wants to build. Composition was a pending account that she had and now her goal is to experiment, create and choose what she wants to offer to the public that has connected with her within the Academy and to the rest that are about to discover her. Because if one thing is clear, it is that she is going to fight to earn a place within the music industry. “We are going to go all out, we are going to work like no one else to deserve that position. I’m sure everyone will fight.”
