Russell Marsden, guitarist and vocalist for Band of Skulls, explains the creative process “meeting Petter (Ericson Stakee, head of the Alberta Cross project) and collaborating, we infused both of our identities. It’s typical Alberta Cross, or a parallel world version of Band of Skulls with a singer. Thanks to our mutual friend Marc, who introduced us, something unexpected happened. Crooked House is the place I want to destroy, although I’m very happy to have survived it. »

“It was a pleasure to work with these two guys after having traveled different paths,” adds Petter Ericson Stakee. “Crooked House appeared before us and I am proud to be a part of it. It’s a pretty beastly rock song! »
