Aitana cries at Adele's concert in Munich with her most personal song

Music news

¡Aitana is back to concerts! This time, as a spectator in the seats and not as a performer on stage. After finishing her festival tour in Vigo and relaxing for a few days in Ibiza, the Catalan singer has gone to cross another great diva of international pop music off her wish list.

This 2024 has enjoyed Taylor Swift, Karol G, Dua Lipa or Olivia Rodrigo live, so I couldn't pass up the opportunity to see “the second woman in my life (after my mother of course)”: Adele. During this month of August, the British star is offering concerts every weekend from the Open Air Arena Messe Munchen stadium (in Munich, Germany) as part of his musical residency Weekends with Adele.

The author of alphaof course, has shared the experience and documented some of the most special moments that he experienced during the eveningwith a post that ranges from nerves to excitement, through fun and even nostalgia. “Anyone who knows me knows what this means to me,” she said on her social networks.

“We're at Adele's concert – look, the hairs on end – which is going to start in no time. We realized, we didn't know, that Adele is going to be here… And we are… Well, I feel like crying right now, literally,” she said in 'selfie mode' moments before the show.

Among the videos that he has uploaded to Instagram, there is one that sums it all up and it is the one of his tears when listening live Love in the Darka romantic ballad containing lines such as “This never ends, We've been here before, But this time I can't stay, 'Cause I don't love you anymore (…) It seems like oceans separate us, There's too much space between us. Baby, we're already defeated. Everything's changed for me (…) I don't wanna go on like everything's okay, The more we ignore it, The harder we'll have to fight (…) We're not the only ones, I don't regret anything. Everything I've said, you know I'll always mean it. It means a lot to me that you're in my life, but I want to live and not just survive.” Some phrases that might have resonated inside her after the latest rumors about her new breakup with Sebastián Yatra.

With Rolling in the deep or the interaction of a fan who had traveled from Singapore, Aitana herself dared to dance, sing along to some songs and even laugh at the great charisma that Adele has (which is no small thing), witnessing how much she likes to talk, apart from singing.

In addition to all this, the young woman paid a (perhaps involuntary) nice tribute to the 18-year-old Aitana who appeared at the OT 2017 casting with a song as daring (due to the vocal difficulty) as Someone Like You, and proved to be a different fan: One who doesn't bellow or scream when she sings her idol's favorite songs, but rather sings well (although we know that this comes from professional deformation).
