A woman accuses Diddy of dangling her from a 17th-floor balcony

New lawsuit for Diddy: a woman accused him of holding her suspended in the air from the balcony of Cassie's house on the seventeenth floor in 2016.

Bryana “Bana” Bongolan is suing Diddy for sexual assault, infliction of emotional distress and false imprisonment, among other charges.

In the lawsuit, Bongolan accuses Diddy of dangling her over the edge of a balcony at his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura's apartment in September 2016.

According to the documents, Bongolan was staying at Cassie's when Diddy arrived late at night, at which point she claims the mogul began groping her and that, after she tried to defend herself, he slammed her against some patio furniture,

taken to the balcony and dangled from the seventeenth floor.

“The sole purpose of dangling someone from a balcony is to actually intentionally kill or terrorize them and rob them of any concept of dominion over their autonomy and physical safety,” reads the lawsuit filed by attorney James R. Nikraftar of Miller Barondess. “Bongolan refuses to allow this fear to control the rest of his life and takes this action to demand that Mr. Combs take responsibility for the trauma he intentionally and maliciously inflicted.”

Bongolan is seeking $10 million in damages.

Diddy's team released a statement denying these allegations and which states that “Mr. Combs strongly denies these serious allegations and remains confident that they will ultimately prove to be unfounded. He has an unshakable faith in the facts and fairness of the judicial process. In court, the truth will come to light, proving that the claims against Mr. Combs are baseless.”
